Submitting Articles to The  Journal of the Britannia Naval Research Association

Researched Papers and Articles: - Contributions on naval or related topics are welcome from all globally. They should be sent to our editorial team by the end of the preceding month for publication.  Nominally these are; July (Summer), October (Autumn), January (Winter) and April (Spring).
 Please send on disk/email of up to 1000 words on naval or related maritime interest with photographs if possible Documents should include key references numbered with author, title, publisher and date of publication as per past articles. The text should include the appropriate reference numbers to link to the references.  Photographs should also be included where possible with approximate positions defined in the text.  It is the author's responsibility to ensure all permissions to reproduce material are secured prior to publication and to ensure the permissions are described and included. However, we reserve the right to adjust editorial and text to suit the space and format of the journal.  Letters or Book reviews: - Up to 250 words are accepted on topics of naval interest

Format - We prefer CD/diskette or e-mail (details from the address below or email to the editor) as hardcopy can delay publication due to data entry requirements. Our editorial team are happy to help to work with you to adjust the format of your copy or offer presentation advice.
